Amy is the Director of the Yoga House and is so excited to bring Yoga to the Community with Kara and Suzanne. Amy believes in the Power of Yoga and how it can change your life. The process of un-doing and the process of uniting as a whole integrated being. Yoga awakend Amy in a way that made her stir from the inside out and this stirring became one she could no longer ignore. Amy began her first Teacher Training Program with Edlely Wallace only 4 months into her practice, and she soon realized the power of the path and her deep desire to share with others.
She has studied extensively with Baron Baptisite, Shiva Rea and owes her foundation to Edely Wallace. Amy currently is studying with Tias Little and is a student in his 500 hour program. Tias and Surya Little are Amy's primary teachers and is so grateful to be walking with them.
